Being a walrus
Yup, I do indeed have many things to talk about. Don't worry; I shall probably forget half of them!
First, before it slips my well-greased mind entirely: I have a new release:

This one is dedicated to
tiggothy, who when told of the real life incident this book is based on, said, "Tortoise-napping? Sounds a good start for a silly story..."
Here's the blurb: Cursed by an impatient witch to turn into a tortoise at inopportune moments, Tip is horrified to find himself tortoise-napped by a customer at the cafe where he works.
Things start to look up when Tip ends up very literally in the capable hands of drop-dead gorgeous Steveābut Tip soon begins to wonder just how far he can trust Steve, who turns out to have a close connection with his kidnapper. Tip's attempts at a normal life seem doomed to remain frustrated in more ways than one!
You can read an excerpt here. :)
Second: this, on Stumbling Over Chaos amuses me. Doesn't he look cute with wings? ;)
Third: A lovely review for Someplace in this World in Queer Magazine Online
Fourth: The British are coming!

Check out Brief Encounters from March 20th for interviews, reviews and giveaways from a brilliant line-up of British talent. And me. ;)
Phew. I think that'll do to be going along with, don't you?

*bites nails* Hope you enjoy it! ;)

(I've realised I'm more of an action/adventure/derring-do kind of girl, which is probably why my intended-to-be-short stories keep getting too long!)

So glad you liked it! You know, you should definitely write your take on tortoise-napping. We could start up a whole new genre... ;)
I very much admire those who can do derring-do. And long stuff. My muse tends to get very tired and cranky after about 5,000 words!

I'm rather full of awe that folks like you can say so much in so few words in your stories. I guess it'd be boring if we were all alike!

Much intrigued by your new book. :)
