I ran the analysis on four pieces of my writing -- three chunks from published stories and a blog post -- and got four different results. Apparently I write like Charles Dickens, Stephen King, James Joyce and JK Rowling. [wry smile] Too bad I don't get their royalty checks. Heck, if I'm that versatile, I really should! LOL!

LOL! I got all of those on various different story excerpts - and then I put in a bit from the novel and got Dan Brown.

LOL! You clearly have a lot in common with Danny Costessey from Pleasures with Rough Strife - I've been re-reading this one with a view to doing a sequel, and just after I read your comment I came to this passage (Danny is in bed with a broken leg):

But now he’d been left alone with his guilt and his aches for, well, he didn’t know how long, but it felt like a week or more. So when Luccombe walked in carrying a small stack of books, Danny flashed him a big grin in welcome even though the top volume was clearly a Dickens.
